Earth toned ripple using the warm waves stitch pattern from 200 Ripple Stitches by Jan Eaton.

I started with a chain of 120, and doing some random stripes but quickly decided to plan out the repeats - for fear that I wouldn't have enough yarn and needed to know how to incorporate (possibly) more colors. I haven't measured it, but it is about 38 inches across. Update: it's more like 37 by 56 inches.

There are 3 different colors of green, 1 dark brown, 1 tan, 1 beige and a 1 multi-colored yarn. I love it, it will be hard to part with this one.

FO ~ Frosty Pink Baby Blanket 01

This is the first big lace project I've ever done. It's for Georgia's friend Dorothy's daughter (forget which one) who has her first baby, a daughter due in December. The pattern is the Leaf Panel from the book "200 Ripple Stitches" (page 24) by Jan Eaton. The blanket is 44" square, 10 pattern repeats wide and each half is 10 pattern repeats long making the total length, 20 pattern repeats. I used about 6? skeins of Plymouth DreamBaby DK yarn. I used 6mm rosewood circs. I knit it in 2 halves and kitchnered the two halves together.
